Job Title:

Business Analyst - LabVantage

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. 3-7 years’ experience working in LabVantage LIMS
2. Strong understanding of Laboratory workflows, sample management, instrument integration, and compliance standards
3. Hands-on experience with LabVantage configuration and customizations
4. Experience with integrating LabVantage with lab instruments and Empower
5. Knowledge of SDLC
6. Experience with SQL and database management concepts
7. Familiarity with system validation processes
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
10. LabVantage certified professional (Optional but advantageous)
