ABOUT THE ROLE

Brooksource is seeking a Business Data Analyst II for a contract-to-hire position in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for operational and clinical improvement, monitor key performance metrics, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance health outcomes and member experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting information to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other data analysis and visualization tools preferred.
