Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from Business and Operations teams
• Create BRDs and functional requirements
• Map current and future-state processes and create process flows
• Identify and coordinate stakeholders across Business, Operations and Technology
• Lead project kickoff meetings and establish target timelines
• Provide project updates and communicate risks, issues and decisions
• Develop functional and non-functional requirements and process documentation
• Define measurable success factors and KPIs
• Maintain RAID logs covering Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies
• Partner with Technology teams to support successful implementation
• Experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst or similar
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience
• Experience creating BRDs and process flows
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for Technology teams
• Experience with project documentation, process improvement, and change initiatives
