Bowhead Family of Companies in Ashburn, VA seeks a Business Analyst to join the TIMS team, serving as the primary liaison between CBP and the contractor. The role centers on audit coordination, data calls, and interagency agreements, delivering data-driven insights to improve system performance.

Bowhead seeks a Business Analyst who will be a part of a dynamic, energetic, and mission-oriented team providing Technical Integration Management Support (TIMS) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Passenger Systems Program Directorate (PSPD). This role is designated as Key Personnel and serves as the primary focal point for all communications between CBP and the Contractor. This position operates during core business hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, primarily onsite in Ashburn, VA (with telework available at the discretion of the Government).
To be successful, the Business Analyst must be highly organized and capable of bridging the gap between executive leadership, technical subject matter experts, and external stakeholders. This work includes acting as the central hub for audit coordination, managing high-visibility data calls, driving interagency agreements to closure, and providing data-driven analytical support to improve system performance.
The Business Analyst will interact directly with PSPD executives and project management, OIT, DHS, external agencies, and auditors (such as GAO and OIG). Collaboration with various analytical and infrastructure support personnel is key to success. Consequently, this role requires excellent customer service, meticulous tracking abilities, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to provide the following services:
