Experienced Business Analyst – Enterprise Operations

Hybrid | Multiple U.S. Locations | $79K–$123K | Full-Time | 1st Shift

Are you passionate about process optimization and digital transformation? We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to help streamline and elevate enterprise workflows across procurement, finance, asset management, and vendor operations. In this role, you’ll help shape the tools and systems that support end-to-end lifecycle processes—from acquisition to retirement.

You'll collaborate with business, IT, and support teams to lead onboarding efforts, manage access and software subscriptions, and coordinate deployments across platforms. Your insights will influence governance standards, support user adoption, and drive measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to enhance platform usability and functionality
• Lead documentation and training for enterprise platforms including system access, user guides, and SOPs
• Oversee backend tasks such as license tracking, user validation, and audit support
• Conduct systems testing (SIT/UAT) and contribute to technical configuration efforts
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specs
• Create process visuals, status reports, and stakeholder presentations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that align with strategic enterprise goals
• Promote collaboration across departments like IT, architecture, facilities, and supplier management

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience with Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas, data modeling)
• Hands-on experience supporting Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in a SAP S/4HANA environment
• Knowledge of enterprise tools such as Ariba, Cognos, or Procore a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience supporting system administration or compliance-driven environments

Bonus Points If You Have:

• 3+ years in a systems admin, analyst, or business operations role
• Familiarity with onboarding workflows, access management, and audit readiness
• Experience managing cross-functional projects or stakeholder communication plans
• Interest in lean process design, operational efficiency, or change management
• Work on meaningful enterprise-wide transformation projects
• Collaborate with driven, mission-oriented teams
