Dynanet Corporation seeks a Business Analyst for a full-time remote role. You will support IT and non-IT process improvement projects, map current processes, and design future-state workflows using design thinking principles, with emphasis on gathering stakeholder requirements and delivering practical solutions.

The role requires strong communication, rapid learning, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with Dynanet Teammates and clients, including federal agencies we serve.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT or non-IT business process improvement/reengineering projects, whether system-driven or non-system-driven.
• Strong experience with process mapping, evaluating current processes, designing future-state processes, and applying design thinking principles.
• Knowledge or experience with the federal budget process.
• Ability to break down complex problems, identify issues, and develop practical solutions.
• Must be articulate, clear, and concise in communication.
• Ability to quickly understand new subject areas, adapt, and hit the ground running.
• Highly organized, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Ability to ask thoughtful, probing questions to gather meaningful information from stakeholders and understand business needs.
