Dynanet Corporation is recruiting for a Business Analyst in a fully remote capacity. The role emphasizes business process reengineering, process mapping, and requirements gathering to drive improvements across IT and non-IT domains.

The candidate will join a dynamic team, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and quickly learning new subject areas to support federal agency clients and ongoing digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT or non-IT business process improvement/reengineering projects, whether system-driven or non-system-driven.
• Strong experience with process mapping, evaluating current processes, designing future-state processes, and applying design thinking principles.
• Knowledge or experience with the federal budget process.
• Ability to break down complex problems, identify issues, and develop practical solutions.
• Must be articulate, clear, and concise in communication.
• Ability to quickly understand new subject areas, adapt, and hit the ground running.
• Must be highly organized, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Ability to ask thoughtful, probing questions to gather meaningful information from stakeholders and understand business needs.
