Job summary

Dynanet Corporation is seeking a Senior Information Designer to provide strategic communications, graphic design, and data visualization support for federal clients. Remote role with collaboration across teams to translate complex information into accessible visuals and briefing materials.

You will develop dashboards, infographics, executive briefs, and visual concepts that enhance outage reporting, performance metrics, and organizational messaging while adhering to branding and accessibility

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic communications, graphic design, and data visualization support to Dynanet and federal clients, translating complex technical, policy, and program information into clear, accessible communications.
• Support Customers' Office of Communications through the development of fact sheets, infographics, presentations, digital graphics, visual explainers, and other internal and public-facing materials.
• Provide video editing and multimedia production support, including visual refinement, graphics integration, and development of supporting creative assets.
• Develop executive-level presentations and briefing materials that communicate program priorities, project progress, findings, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support Customers' outage reporting initiative by translating regulatory and operational requirements into clear reporting logic, data requirements, visualizations, and communications materials.
• Develop dashboard concepts and data visualizations that communicate outage trends, geographic impact, duration, severity, affected services, and other operational indicators.
• Collaborate with technical teams, program leadership, subject matter experts, and communications stakeholders to align communications and visual products with business needs and user requirements.
• Provide graphic design and communications support for Dynanet corporate initiatives, including presentations, capability materials, proposals, marketing collateral, internal communications, and branded assets.
• Support proposal and business development efforts through the creation of graphics, page layouts, infographics, process diagrams, and visual concepts that communicate technical approaches and organizational capabilities.
• Apply information design, UX, accessibility, branding, and visual hierarchy principles across presentations, dashboards, documents, and digital communications to improve clarity, usability, and audience engagement.
