Job summary

Schneider Downs in the Pittsburgh area seeks a Business Advisory Senior to provide support on a range of consulting engagements within our Business Advisory Services group. You will work in a team environment on investigations, due diligence, financial modeling, post-merger integration, and outsourced accounting support, delivering value to clients with big thinking and personal focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of three years of audit, transactions or consulting experience.
• CPA/CFE/CFF certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex accounting and finance issues across engagements.
• Assist with due diligence and financial reporting for transactions.
• Support forensic and litigation engagements as needed.
• Assist managed accounting services with Controller-level and Accounting Manager-level responsibilities.
• Prepare valuations and complex financial models.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns and relationships.
• Collaborate with clients on advisory projects and decision making.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline
