Job summary

Original Composites and Fibers is seeking a Bushing Technician to support continuous‑strand fiberglass manufacturing by setting, troubleshooting, and optimizing bushing performance at customer plant locations. You will work with Bushing Design and Support Engineers to reduce waste and improve operations across global Glass Reinforcements facilities.

Minimum qualifications include an associate degree in engineering or a related field and 2–5 years in bushing process engineering or operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and promote safety standards and responsibilities.
• Serve as primary contact for plant locations regarding bushing and alloy issues under engineer direction.
• Troubleshoot bushing performance, life, and failure analysis; assist with trials and process validation.
• Develop project outlines with plant teams and engineering support; provide practical solutions.
