Lizard's Thicket is seeking dedicated individuals to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dishwashing area, handling glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils with both machine and manual methods.

The role includes sorting, rinsing, and stocking, as well as trash disposal and overall area maintenance. Full-time staff receive benefits including health coverage and paid vacation, with opportunities for a daily-pay option through DailyPay.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils using machine and manual washing methods.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils and rack them for the dish machine.
• Carry clean dishes to the cook's line and proper storage areas.
• Stock and rotate incoming deliveries from suppliers; assist with trash and dumpster duties.
• Set up or breakdown the dishwashing area; sweep around restaurant exterior and garbage dumpster.
• Clean kitchen floors after spills and maintain dry conditions.
• Work with teammates with a positive, upbeat attitude; perform other duties as directed.

Lizard's Thicket is looking for individuals who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.Responsibilities:Retrieve soiled dishes from the tables and bus pans in the dining roomSort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machineSort and stack clean dishes.
