Job summary

Lizard's Thicket is seeking a team member to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dishwashing area, handling glassware, tableware and cooking utensils using machine and handwashing methods. The role supports a safe, sanitary dining room environment.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve soiled dishes from tables and bus pans in dining area
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and utensils; place in racks for dish machine
• Sort and stack clean dishes; carry to cook's line and storage areas
• Stock and rotate incoming food deliveries from suppliers
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand
• Remove trash to dumpster; maintain dishwashing area
• Sweep exterior; assist with general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed
• Work with staff as a team and maintain a positive, energetic attitude

Lizard's Thicket is looking for individuals who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning methods.
