Job Overview

Paid CDL training is provided for suitable candidates. Positions may require CDL Class A or B with passenger and air‑brake endorsement. We welcome both CDL‑licensed drivers and non‑CDL holders ready to train.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
  • Provide exceptional care for passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, promptly report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, including seat‑belt use, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.
  • Complete other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • 21 years or older.
  • CDL Class A or B with air‑brakes and passenger endorsement required within six months.
  • Paid CDL training available for qualified non‑CDL holders.
  • Valid driver’s license held for at least three years.
  • Minimum of three years of driving experience (personal or professional).
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Ability to work shifts and flexible schedules as needed.
  • Subject to DOT drug testing and physical exam if applicable.
  • DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of ScheduleI drugs, including cannabis.
Physical Requirements
  • Work outdoors in varying temperatures, weather, and humidity conditions; 100% of the job is performed outside, often alone and in remote locations.
  • Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on uneven or slippery surfaces.
  • Push and pull objects up to 50pounds, lift material weighing up to 50lbs., and occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to retrieve equipment at ground level.
  • Operate in heavy‑traffic areas while performing job duties; tolerate dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
Benefits
  • Pay: $26.52 per hour for fully credentialed CDL holders, progressing to $30.00 per hour after one year; for non‑CDL positions, starting at $21.22 per hour with potential to reach $30.00 per hour after one year if fully credentialed.
  • Vacation: 10 days after one year of service.
