Job summary

Wynn Resorts, Limited in Las Vegas is seeking a Bus/Runner to support the dining room and culinary teams by delivering food promptly and accurately, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring Forbes Five-Star service for guests.

You will assist servers, reset tables efficiently, and uphold presentation standards while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A reliable, guest-centric approach and flexibility with schedule are essential components of this role.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain all required work cards and certifications, including a valid Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card.
• Previous restaurant, food and beverage, hospitality, bus person, food runner, or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with guest requests, table maintenance, and overall dining room support.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables in a timely manner while maintaining a polished dining environment.
• Refill beverages, bread, condiments, and other guest amenities as directed.
• Maintain station cleanliness, including side stations, service areas, and guest-facing spaces.
• Ensure all table settings meet departmental presentation standards.
• Assist in transporting dishes, glassware, linens, and supplies throughout the restaurant.
• Monitor buffet areas and communicate replenishment needs to culinary and management teams.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and buffet stations to assist guests when needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries while providing exceptional hospitality.
• Support compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling requirements.
• Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, culinary staff, and management to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow all Wynn Resorts policies, procedures, and Forbes Five-Star service standards.

This position plays a key role in creating a seamless dining experience by assisting servers, resetting tables efficiently, and upholding the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality at The Buffet.

• Previous restaurant, food and beverage, hospitality, bus person, food runner, or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide warm, professional, and personalized guest service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must possess and maintain all required work cards and certifications, including a valid Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card.
