Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Dining Room Attendant to ensure dining areas are clean and well stocked, supporting servers with non-alcoholic beverage service and keeping service bars organized.

You will move between dining areas, clear dishes, replace linens, refill supplies, and maintain a welcoming casino dining experience. The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work at a fast pace in a hotel environment.

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring that dining room tables are cleared and properly maintained before, during, and after each seating. Works with food servers to provide assistance with non-alcoholic beverage service and obtains service items from storage as needed. Inventories and requisitions supplies kept at bus stations.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.

Wipes table tops and chairs with damp cloth.

Replaces soiled table linens and sets tables with silverware and glassware.

Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.

Supplies service bar with food such as soups, salads, and desserts.

Serves ice water and butter to patrons.

Cleans and polishes glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns and cream and milk dispensers.

Makes coffee and fills fruit juice dispensers.

Sweeps and mops floors.

Support and maintain the company courtesy guidelines

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area.

Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand Basic English.
