Job summary

Suncoast Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly bussing/serving associate to greet guests, take and refill drink orders, and clear tables in a fast-paced casino dining environment.

You will set up tables to standard layouts and ensure cleanliness of the dining area, with weight-bearing duties and a focus on exceptional customer service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience strongly preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Able to carry and serve beverages using a hand-held tray.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests seated in assigned station.
• Receive and fulfill/refill drink orders from guests.
• Remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approx. 40 lbs. in weight).
• Set up tables according to established standards.
• Transport filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area.
• Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.
