Job summary

Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa in North Las Vegas is hiring for a food service role focused on clearing and resetting tables and providing beverage service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and delivering drink orders, and maintaining clean work areas.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand or walk for the duration of the shift, and carry beverages using a hand-held tray, with strong customer service skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience strongly preferred.
• Must lift up to 40 pounds and carry beverages.
• Must be able to stand/walk for duration of shift.
• Must carry and serve beverages with a hand-held tray.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must obtain/maintain licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests seated in assigned station.

• Remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approx. 40 lbs.) in a timely manner.
• Set up tables according to established standards.
• Transport filled bus tubs to the kitchen dishwashing area.
• Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.

Clean tables by removing soiled dishes, silverware, glassware, and refuse and wiping table top and seats. Set up tables according to established standards. Receive and fulfill beverage orders.

• Greet guests seated in assigned station.
• Receive and fulfill/refill drink orders from guests.
• Remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approx. 40 lbs. in weight) in a timely manner.
• Set up tables according to established standards.
• Transport filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area.
• Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.

Qualifications
