Job summary

BFS Foods in Buckhannon, WV is seeking a friendly Bus Person to support dining room operations. You will buss and clean guest tables, assist servers, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

This role involves delivering dirty dishware, stocking service areas, cleaning floors and restrooms, and assisting with front-of-house duties. Both part-time and full-time shifts are available, with opportunities for advancement.

Position Responsibilities

• Busses and cleans guest tables in the dining room and acts as a server assistant
• Delivers trays of dirty dishware to the dish room and stocks service area with clean dishware.
• Cleans floors and removes garbage in front of house and back of house, restrooms, and parking lot.
• Maintains and services restrooms

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off of the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant
• Transports dirty plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift
