Job summary

Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel is seeking a Bus Person to clean and reset tables and monitor guest needs in a fast-paced, courteous manner. The ideal candidate will help maintain table readiness and work with the team to ensure smooth dining service.

Responsibilities include setting tables per standards, clearing and resetting, stocking stations, and performing general cleaning tasks. Flexibility with hours and availability on weekends and nights is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer Service or Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Able to obtain Kentucky gaming/racing license.

About Oak Grove

Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel (the “Property”) is a newer facility in a high traffic area in the heart of Oak Grove, Kentucky, and across the street from a large Army post, Ft. Campbell. The Property is 10 miles from Clarksville, TN and less than 60 miles northwest of downtown Nashville, TN.

Job Summary

The Bus Person is responsible for cleaning and resetting tables, as well as monitoring tables for guest needs in an efficient and courteous manner.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are set in accordance with company standards.


• Clear all tables, resetting them for new seating.


• Maintains cleanliness of all side stations, responsible for stocking dishes, silverware, paper supplies and any other required items.


• Sweeps or mops as necessary.


• Other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience
