Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in transportation industry.
• Good supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Good interpersonal and computer skills.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical per DOT 49 CFR Part 40.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of bus locations.
• Schedule maintenance and fueling of buses.
• Ensure drivers have necessary paperwork for routes.
• Coordinate field trips and route descriptions with staff.
• Assist with training, disciplinary meetings and occasional driving.
• Review time sheets and ensure compliance with state and vendor rules.
