Responsibilities

• Performs mechanical, electrical, glazing, painting, plastering, plumbing, carpentry and masonry duties.
• Performs preventive maintenance services (e.g., lubricates fittings, replaces filters, adjusts/replaces belts, changes oil).
• Monitors and regulates HVAC equipment; assists with annual inspections and shutdowns.
• Repairs mechanical systems (e.g., brakes, engine, transmission).
• Maintains repair logs and safety inspection records.
