RATP Dev USA is seeking a Maintenance Manager/Expert to ensure safe operation of our transit fleet in Greensboro, NC. The role requires a safety-first mindset, technical schooling or equivalent experience, and proficiency with diagnostic tools and schematics.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of progressive heavy equipment maintenance, 2 years of related technical education, and the ability to repair sub‑components of various buses using Cummins Insite and Allison DOC.

Qualifications

• Evidence of a safety-first attitude.
• One year progressive heavyequipment maintenance preferred.
• Two years technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must have computer skills to repair sub-components of buses.
• Ability to read and follow schematics.
• Customer-focused with high professionalism and discretion.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsabilités

• Inspect/diagnose/repair brake systems, fuel and emission systems, drivetrains, steering and suspension to ensure safe operation.
• Test-drive/operate light duty vehicles, trucks, buses and support equipment.
• Use hand and power tools and computer programs for diagnostics and repair.
• Maintain records and work history in electronic repair orders.
• Support maintenance of ADA equipment, HVAC, brakes, chassis, cooling, lighting and controls.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections and oil/filter changes.
