Job summary

Flour Bluff Maintenance/Transportation in Corpus Christi, Texas, is actively seeking Bus Drivers for immediate part-time openings. Drivers will transport students safely to and from school, with opportunities for additional duties such as trips and events.

Valid Texas CDL Class B with passenger and school bus endorsements is required, along with the ability to pass a drug/alcohol test and complete safety training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain valid Texas Commercial Driver’s License (Class B) with passenger and school bus endorsements.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass alcohol and drug test.
• Ability to complete required bus driver safety training.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of student discipline procedure.
• Ability to manage student behavior.

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR BUS DRIVERS

$21.60 - $26.40 HOURLY

Uniform Shirts Provided - Health Care and other Benefits Available

Ongoing opportunities for additional duty pay for driving field trips, athletic events, and other student activities

Cameras on all buses for enhanced safety of students and drivers

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Transport students in a safe efficient manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certification:

• Must be able to obtain valid Texas Commercial Driver’s License (Class B) with passenger and school bus endorsements
