EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and three years of experience driving a motor vehicle with one year driving a public bus.

LICENSES & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid California Class B commercial driver's license with passenger and air brake endorsements
• Valid California School Bus Driver Certificate
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification issued by an authorized agency
• Must pass DOT Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment screening

• Letter of Introduction
• Two Letters of Recommendation (dated within the last two years)

Comments and Other Information

Work Schedule: 7 hours/day, 5 days/week, 9.5 months/year. Sick leave and vacation are prorated. District provides insurance for hospitalization, medical, dental, vision, and life. Employment is under the California School Employees Retirement System. The district adheres to CSEA policies regarding transfers and promotions.
