Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak and understand English.
• Must meet DOT documentation requirements and maintain eligibility.
• Ability to perform basic math functions (counting, adding, subtracting).
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure.
• Familiar with local streets and hotel locations.
• Understand and communicate stops clearly to passengers.

Responsibilities

• Drive and transport customers safely in accordance with traffic regulations.
• Greet customers and provide courteous service.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and Driver’s Inspection Reports.
• Fuel and maintain company vehicles as needed.
• Notify Dispatch of route changes and obtain required approvals.
• Assist passengers with special needs and manage boarding/alighting.
• Record passenger counts and load luggage per destination.
• Complete post-trip inspections and paperwork.
