Job summary

The Kidz Club is seeking a caring Bus Driver to transport children on pre-planned routes with a focus on safety and comfort. Training is provided, and you will join a team that values dependable, friendly service for families.

Position available on Saturdays with benefits including PTO, 401K, student loan reimbursement, and health benefits. Must be 21+ and capable of assisting children and using digital tools on the job.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient demeanor and love of driving.
• Confidence using smartphones and basic computer apps as part of daily tasks.
• Must be 21 years or older and committed to safety and care for children.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport kids to and from the center on planned routes.
• Keep passengers comfortable, secure, and happy on every trip.
• Assist children on and off the bus and provide physical support as needed.
• Perform simple daily vehicle safety checks.
• Communicate warmly with families and staff.
• Use apps to manage routes, record trips, and complete reports.

About the role

• Safely transport our kids to and from our center along pre-planned routes
• Keep passengers comfortable, secure, and happy on every trip
• Assist children on and off the bus, providing physical support where needed for children of all ages and sizes
• Perform simple daily vehicle safety checks
• Communicate warmly with families and staff
• Use smartphone apps and digital systems to manage routes, record trips, and complete straightforward reports

Full hands-on training is provided – we'll set you up for success from day one!
