Job summary

Transdev North America, Inc. in Stanford, CA seeks an experienced Bus Driver to ensure safe, reliable passenger transport with superior service. The role operates under a Collective Bargaining Agreement and offers a starting pay of 31.50 USD per hour plus a 10% split-shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical as required.

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused operations with strict adherence to routes, schedules, and safety rules.
• Provide excellent passenger care, safe boarding and comfortable rides.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance issues.
• Enforce company policies and safety protocols, including seat belt use and emergencies.
• Perform other duties as required by supervision.
