Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated transportation associate to safely shuttle residents in a Texas senior living community to appointments, activities, and outings. The role emphasizes patience, hospitality, and a positive resident experience.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip checks, assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles, maintain cleanliness, follow routes and safety rules, and communicate issues to supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from scheduled destinations.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle, including mobility devices.
• Maintain a welcoming, respectful and patient environment for residents.
• Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report safety concerns.
• Keep the vehicle clean and ready for resident transportation.
• Follow routes, procedures, traffic laws and safety requirements.
• Communicate transportation needs, delays, incidents, or concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company driving and insurance requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the community and resident experience.
