Job summary

thekidzclub is seeking a compassionate Bus Driver to transport children safely between our center and designated locations. You will be the friendly, trusted face families rely on daily.

Join our team to help children thrive while maintaining safety, completing simple digital trip logs, and supporting classroom staff with on-route needs.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient nature for interacting with children and families.
• Confidence using smartphones, apps, and basic computer systems.
• Physical ability to safely assist children with boarding/exiting and mobility needs.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Commitment to safety, reliability and providing excellent care for every child.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport kids to and from our centre along pre-planned routes.
• Keep passengers comfortable, secure, and happy on every trip.
• Assist children on and off the bus, providing physical support where needed.
• Perform simple daily vehicle safety checks.

About the role

• Safely transport our kids to and from our centre along pre-planned routes
• Keep passengers comfortable, secure, and happy on every trip
• Assist children on and off the bus, providing physical support where needed for children of all ages and sizes
• Perform simple daily vehicle safety checks
• Communicate warmly with families and staff
• Use smartphone apps and digital systems to manage routes, record trips, and complete straightforward reports

Full hands-on training is provided - we'll set you up for success from day one!
