Job summary

Lakeview Village in Lenexa, KS is seeking a full-time bus driver to provide safe, on-campus and off-campus transportation for residents. The role requires a CDL with passenger endorsement, CPR, and strong customer service. You will collaborate with staff during resident events and follow established bus schedules.

Ideal candidates communicate in English, work independently with good judgement, and can adapt to the needs of an aging community while keeping safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Must hold CDL Class B or C with passenger endorsement, or willing to obtain one.
• Current CPR certification.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent English with strong reading, writing, speaking.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
• Ability to follow schedules and learn bus mechanics.
• Empathetic approach to the elderly; team player.
