Qualifications

• Ausgezeichnete Kundenservicefähigkeiten und klare Kommunikation mit Fahrgästen.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with passengers
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, mornings, evenings, and afternoons
• Ability to obtain a Class B CDL with Passenger and Airbrake Endorsements
• A valid Michigan Driver's license with fewer than 4 points
• Willingness to train for and obtain the necessary CDL endorsements
• Compliance with DOT physical and drug screening requirements
• An excellent driving record
• Ability to interpret and follow route guidelines
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to ensure safety for employees and customers, including securing mobility devices per FTA ADA rules
