Job summary

Grow Early Learning in Faison, NC is seeking a responsible Bus Driver to join our transportation team. This full-time, hourly position requires a CDL (Class A or B) with P&S endorsement and School Bus Driver Certificate of Training. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered to new drivers.

You will safely transport students, follow DOT regulations, and maintain a clean, well-sanitized bus while ensuring safety and comfort throughout each journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CDL Class A or B with P&S endorsement and School Bus Driver Certificate of Training.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read and write.
• Understanding of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a bus and transport children to destinations.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Keep the bus neat, clean and sanitized according to established procedures.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all children during the journey.
• Follow established bus routes without deviations except when directed to do so by an Emergency Response Team, Lead Bus Driver, Transportation Specialist in coordination with Transportation Manager/ Assistant Transportation Manager.
