Job summary

Grow Early Learning Corp in Bartow, FL is seeking responsible Bus Drivers to join our team year-round. The role involves safely operating a school bus to transport children to and from destinations, following DOT regulations and company policies.

Applicants must hold a valid CDL class A or B with P&S endorsement and School Bus Driver Certificate of Training, along with excellent communication and reading/writing skills. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a bus and transport children to their destinations.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Keep the bus neat, clean and sanitized according to the Grow Early Learning Transportation Manual.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all children throughout the journey.
• Follow established bus routes without deviations except when directed to do so by an Emergency Response Team, Lead Bus Driver, Transportation Specialist in coordination with Transportation Manager/ Assistant Transportation Manager.

About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B, with P&S endorsement and School Bus Driver Certificate of Training

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a bus and transport children to their destinations
• Follow all DOT regulations and company policies
