Young World Physical Education is seeking a full-time Bus Driver for the Denison Community School District in Iowa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting students and ensuring compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations. Applicants must have an appropriate driver's license and demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills.

Licensure
Appropriate driver’s license and endorsement
Communication Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Analytical and Reasoning Skills
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving student behavior.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the substitute employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The substitute employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The substitute employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and taste or smell. The substitute employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the substitute employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, and vibration. The substitute employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
