Student Transportation Inc. is hiring a bus driver to operate school buses on assigned routes under supervision. The role includes daily driving, safety checks, and transporting students and staff to destinations while maintaining order and safety.
Applicants should be 21+ with a clean driving record and must pass DOT and background checks. TX school bus license preferred; paid training is provided for qualified drivers without license experience.
$1,000 sign-on bonus for fully licensed CDL school bus drivers with School Bus and Passenger endorsements, plus experience pay for candidates with verifiable school bus driving experience*
A bus driver is a person who, under the supervision of a manager, supervisor, dispatcher, or trainer, operates a van or bus over designated routes transporting school pupils, or clients to and from school or other locations. In addition, a bus driver may transport clients on private charter trips. Bus drivers may work with loud and disruptive clients. Drivers may also work with special needs individuals.
This is a great job for stay at home parents, retirees or anyone looking for extra income. Experienced bus drivers that have a TX school bus license are preferred, but we will also provide PAID training for good drivers without school bus experience.
