Job summary

The ideal candidate has journey-level experience or a 2-year auto/truck body repair program, a valid CA driver’s license, and a commitment to safety and quality in a transit
Qualifications
- Two years of journey-level experience repairing heavy vehicle or automotive bodies and related parts/structures and completion of a 2-year program from an accredited auto/truck body repair school.
- Four years of journey-level experience repairing heavy vehicle or automotive bodies and related parts/structures.
- Experience repairing buses and related parts/desirable
- Valid California Class C driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Repair damaged bus bodies, frames, and structural parts.
- Examine damage and estimate repair costs.
- Remove damaged parts to access body structure.
- Assemble replacement parts and weld into position.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
