Job Description Summary
The Bus Attendant carries dirty dishes from the eating area to the kitchen, serves ice water and butter to patrons, assists servers by carrying trays of food from the kitchen to the service area, and may perform cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping. They also rearrange tables and chairs to maintain a neat appearance, stock side stations, perform side-work duties, help set tables, and may serve as Food Runner.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in High School or holds a Diploma or Equivalent
• Entry-level position; training provided
• Must speak and understand English

Essential Elements:

• Regular and punctual attendance
• Adherence to grooming standards
• Ability to push/pull carts weighing approximately 300 pounds
• Ability to lift and move approximately 50 pounds
• Ability to clean tables to standard
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, and carry loads
• Ability to stand, walk, and run as needed
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and fine motor tasks
• Courteous interaction with guests and staff
• Ability to work with chemicals and exposure to water
• Effective reading and writing skills
• Not infected with foodborne diseases
• Ability to read and follow company policies
• High level of customer service skills
