Job summary

Bloomington Public Schools is seeking reliable drivers and bus assistants to support students and families. The role involves monitoring Special Ed students, assisting with behavior, and ensuring safety equipment is properly secured on each trip.

Shifts are 4–5 hours, part-time, with pay ranging from $21.08 to $21.59 per hour based on experience. Benefits include health and dental insurance, pension, sick leave, and some holidays. Ongoing applications for the 2026-2027 year.

Qualifications

• Experience with children is preferred.
• Ability to monitor and assist Special Ed students on bus routes.
• Ability to secure wheelchairs, car seats, seatbelts, and harnesses.
