Job summary

StaffedUp is seeking a reliable Prep Cook and burrito roller to help keep the kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re organized, efficient, and passionate about food prep, this could be the perfect role for you.

You’ll prep and assemble burritos from prepped ingredients, follow safety procedures, and work with the team in a fast-paced environment. Prior prep experience is helpful but training is available; start times are flexible with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in prep or kitchen is preferred, but training is available.
• Ability to follow directions, prep lists, and recipes with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Back-of-House Kitchen prepping and making burritos, teas and drink powders.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks and ensure all prep items are ready for assembly
• Assemble burritos from prepped ingredients, label, pack and send out for distribution
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times
• Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination and timely service
• Label, date, and store ingredients properly to ensure freshness and reduce waste
