Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Paramedic for the Burn Unit at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO. You will deliver critical patient care in a high-acuity burn unit, following established protocols and physician orders.

Qualifications

• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support.
• PALS pediatric award must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Current certification/licensure in the Star of Missouri as a Paramedic EMT-P.
• High School Graduate / GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide services within the scope of State Paramedic Certification without physician supervision.
• Implement technical procedures and care for Burn Unit patients safely and effectively.
• Follow hospital protocols, procedures and Provider orders.
• Report to Burn Manager and uphold quality of care and service.
