Job summary

Temple University Health System, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Nursing for the Burn Unit (4B) on a 40-hour day flex shift (7-3).

This leadership role provides oversight of nursing care, ensures quality and standards, and leads policy development, staffing, budget control, and staff development. You will supervise and mentor staff, participate in performance improvement, and collaborate in a leadership team to drive clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of nursing care on the Burn Unit (4B).
• Develop evidence-based policies, procedures, and work processes for quality patient care.
• Responsible for staffing, budget, control of expenses, and staff development.
• Supervise, evaluate, guide and counsel nursing staff on performance.
• Participate in performance improvement and leadership team activities.

Education

Bachelor's Degree Nursing

Master's Degree Nursing or Healthcare related field

Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
