Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills; active scholarly activity in burn surgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership in burn surgery and oversee the multidisciplinary burn program.
• Ensure ABA verification standards are met and manage regional partnerships.
• Lead regional disaster planning and mass casualty preparedness coordination.
• Contribute to development and implementation of institutional policies to improve burn care quality and cost-effectiveness.
