Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership in burn surgery and oversee the multidisciplinary burn program.
• Act as liaison for strategic planning with St. Francis Memorial Hospital and UCSF leadership.
• Ensure ABA verification standards in burn care.
• Develop partnerships with EMS and community hospitals for burn care.
• Participate in regional disaster planning and mass casualty preparedness.
• Work with Burn Program Manager to maintain ABA verification status.
• Contribute to policies to improve quality and cost-effectiveness of burn care.
• Educate residents and trainees in UCSF programs.
