Job summary

HCA HealthONE Swedish Burn and Reconstructive Center seeks a full-time PA or NP to join the APP team. The role focuses on Burn, Hand, and Plastic Reconstructive Surgery in a hospital setting, with responsibility for inpatient evaluation and perioperative care.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of PA/NP experience, inpatient/surgical APP background, and ability to manage adult and pediatric patients. Some surgeries may require assistance as schedule permits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a practicing PA or NP.
• Inpatient and surgical experience as an APP preferred.
• Able to treat adult and pediatric populations.
• Assist in Burn, Hand, and Plastic Reconstructive Surgery surgeries as needed.
• Evaluate and manage hospital-based patients independently or with surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage hospital-based patients, including new consults and post-operative cases.
• Support Burn ICU and inpatient services in coordination with surgeons.
• Assist in surgeries as scheduled.
• Collaborate with the Burn and Reconstructive Center team to provide patient-centered care.
