Detroit Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Burn ICU in Detroit, Michigan. The RN will lead nursing care for a group of patients, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and support families with care plans.

Requirements include state licensure as an RN in Michigan and BLS certification; BSN preferred. Eligible for a substantial sign-on bonus based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• To practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required.
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required.

Responsabilités

• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care.
• Provides and delegates patient care activities to team members.
• Monitors patient progress and prepares patient for discharge.
• Reports directly to senior unit management and participates in shared decision‑making activities.
