Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the State of Ohio.
• Must have a Supervision Agreement filed.
• Current certificate to practice and prescribe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to patients with complex, acute, and chronic conditions.
• Participate in quality monitoring through reviews.
• Collaborate with nursing and other health-care team members.
