Burn Boot Camp DMV is hiring a Burn Ambassador in Arlington, VA for a part-time front desk and sales role. You will welcome members, nurture relationships, and support the operations team while driving community engagement and social content creation.

The position requires energetic, customer-focused individuals with strong communication and sales skills. Morning availability and flexible scheduling across locations are preferred, with a vibrant, high-energy team culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elite client experience before, during, and after each camp.
• Build strong relationships with members, prospects, and guests.
• Execute client follow-up through CRM systems (LoopSpark and Mindbody).
• Manage membership sales, contracts, and account updates with accuracy.
• Capture and share authentic content for social media and community engagement.
• Manage retail, nutrition sales, and inventory upkeep.
• Assist with gym cleanliness, organization, and front desk presentation.
• Collaborate with trainers, childwatch, and leadership to support the Burn Boot Camp experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Burn Ambassador, you are the first face our members and guests see and the voice that keeps them connected. You’ll help grow the community by delivering an exceptional front desk experience, leading with enthusiasm, and supporting the sales and operations team in all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities include:
