One World Global Services is hiring experienced interpreters for Burmese-English interpretation in a fully remote role with a clear schedule. You will handle healthcare-related terminology and maintain professional communication with callers.

We offer either full-time or part-time engagement with per-minute or fixed-rate compensation and monthly payments. Onboarding is quick, and you will report to your team leader after training. Immediate availability to start after onboarding is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency/bilingual/native level of English and Burmese.
• 1+ years of interpreting experience is desirable.
• Excellent memory, note-taking and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls professionally, following interpreter code of conduct.
• Be aware of healthcare and medical terminology used in calls.
• Complete internal training and report to team leader.

• - Be aware of the specific vocabulary of the industry the interpreter works with (healthcare and medical one, specifically).
• - Go into internal professional training.
• - Communicate and report to your team leader.

YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

• - Proficiency/Bilingual/Native level of English and target language.
• - 1+ years of interpreting experience (Desirable).
• - High emotional intelligence and tolerance of diverse cultures.
• - High level of communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
