Job summary

Delicate Homecare Agency seeks an experienced RN or LPN to provide compassionate in-home care for clients in New Jersey. You will perform direct patient care, monitor medications, and communicate with the care team to ensure safety and comfort in the home setting.

We offer competitive weekly pay, flexible hours, and opportunities for bonuses and time off. A current nursing license and BLS/CPR certification are required to join a supportive, client-focused team in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Up to date Physical
• BLS CPR certified
• Full Nursing License
• QuantiFERON or PPD

Responsibilities

• Punctuality and Dependability: Show up on time and be reliable for all assigned/confirmed shifts.
• Patient Accountability: Take full responsibility for each assigned patient under the supervision of the supervising RN.
• Medication Knowledge: Stay informed about all medications, reactions, and dosage requirements for your patient.
• Communication: Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with staff, patients, and families.
• Continuous Learning: Engage in educational tools and in-services to expand your knowledge of diseases, age-specific care, and best practices.
• Direct Patient Care: Provide thorough, compassionate care and report any changes in the patient's condition to the supervising care team to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborative Care: Assist physicians and healthcare professionals in caring for the patient, providing detailed reports at the end of each shift to the oncoming nurse.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Support the care team with additional responsibilities as needed
