What You'll Do

• Safely operate equipment such as Directional Drill, Backhoe/Excavator, Skid Steer, Tractor Trailer, Vacuum Truck/Trailer
• Place conduit and cable
• Restore and landscape disturbed areas of the jobsite
• Responsible for site setup and cleanup
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) prior to construction
• Set up safety perimeters using signage, cones, barriers, and flag traffic as needed
• Follow instructions accurately

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience with heavy equipment and understanding of their capabilities and limitations
• Basic skills in using small and hand tools
• Ability to read work orders, safety rules, and operating instructions
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record; Class A CDL preferred
• Proficiency in using locators to identify utilities safely
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Safety-conscious attitude
• Availability for overtime, after-hours, weekends, or on-call work as needed
• Previous construction or utility construction experience
